Last week, the England Cricket Board (ECB) made it clear that playing the tournament without India was not an option. PCB Offer India Unique Formula

According to a report by Cricbuzz, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has written to the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and offered assistance if India does not want to stay in Pakistan. The PCB has offered a unique solution that will see the Men in Blue leave the country after every match and return to either Chandigarh or New Delhi.
The same report adds that the tournament will take place from February 19 to March 9, with all India matches scheduled to take place in Lahore, including the blockbuster India-Pakistan clash on March 1. The Men in Blue are also scheduled to play New Zealand and Bangladesh in the group stage.
Lahore has been awarded all India games for logistics and security reasons due to the city being close to the India border.
It is worth noting that oficially scheduled has not been officially revealed. ECB also confirmed that ICC have prepared contigency plans if India do not travel.
It is worth pointing out that India have not played any cricket on Pakistani soil since the 2008 Asia Cup due to the political tensions between the two countries.
The Champions Trophy is the first ICC event which Pakistan will host in 28 years. The 2023 Asia Cup took place in a hybrid model after BCCI asserted India will not travel to the neighbouring nation.
