Google's One-Line Reply To Jasprit Bumrah Namedropping Tech Giants In Press Conference Goes VIRAL

Jasprit Bumrah has been the star of the show for India in the ongoing five-match Test Series in for the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. He has taken 17 wickets, and has troubled Australia time and again with the ball. With the bat to, he made a valuable contribution on Day 4 of the the third Test, as he along with Akash Deep played some crucial knocks as India avoided the follow-on. Just a day prior to this, Bumrah had invoked Google while giving a cheeky reply to a journalist on his batting skills. The tech giants have now replied.

What Did Jasprit Bumrah Say?
In the press conference after Day 3 of the third India vs Australia Test, Jasprit Bumrah was asked what his assessment of the India batting performance was even though he is not the best person to answer the question. In response, Bumrah cheekily replied that the journalist should google which player has scored the maximum runs in an over in a Test Match, referring to the time he smashed 35 runs in an over against Stuart Broad.
"Jasprit, what is your assessment of the batting, although you are not the best person to answer the question, but what do you think about the situation of the team, considering the conditions in Gabba?" the journalist asked.
“It's an interesting question. But, you are questioning my batting ability. You should use Google and see who has got the most number of runs in a Test over. But, jokes apart. That's another story,” Bumrah replied.

Sharing the video of this hilarious interaction between the reporter and Jasprit Bumrah, the official X handle of Google India wrote that they only believe in Jassi Bhai (nickname of Jasprit Bumrah).

India Avoid Follow-On
Australia scored 445 in the first innings, riding on centuries from Travis Head and Steve Smith, with Jasprit Bumrah managing to get 6 wickets. The Indian batting suffered a collapse, like they have done for the majority of the series. KL Rahul and Ravindra Jadeja scored fighting half-centuries, but as both batters fell, the chances of India avoiding a follow-on looked bleak. However, batting heroics from Akash Deep and Jasprit Bumrah ensured they scored 252/9 at the end of Day 4 before play was called off due to bad light.
