Rishabh Pant has been a pivotal part of the Indian Cricket Team across the formats. He has been the preferred choice behind the wickets in the Border Gavaskar Trophy.

Following his car accident, Pant returned to action in IPL 2024 and also played a central role in India’s T20 World Cup triumph in West Indies. Pant is known for his lively vibe off the field and the 27 year old was recently seen interacting with a little girl in Adelaide.

Pant was having a very good time with the little kid and she also sat on his lap as the two bonded over a few minutes. Video of their interaction went viral on social media and netizens praised the Lucknow Super Giants player for his gesture.

Pant ended up with scores of 21 and 28 in the second Test as Australia inflicted a heavy defeat on the visitors to level the series 1-1. With a place in the World Test Championship final at stake, India need to win the remaining three Test matches to keep their chances alive.

The third Test will be played at the Gabba in Brisbane and a tough challenge awaits for the away side. South Africa are currently leading the WTC table with 63.33 PCT while Australia and India are second and third with 60.71 and 57.21 PCT respectively.
