KEY HIGHLIGHTS

For Pickleball enthusiasts, a paddle is among the most precious possessions they own and it is quite natural that they fear losing it every time they step out to play the sport on the court or participate in a tournament. If lost, a paddle can be hard to find which means a player is not just left without his favourite playing equipment but also incur a heavy financial loss.
However, a remedy has emerged to the problem by a company named 'PaddleTrac', which has created a technology-based solution which ensures that players don't have to stress if they misplace their paddles with the QR-based product easing their worries.
The product gives players a sticker (with a QR code) case to stick on their paddle. Once fitted, the QR code allows the owner of the racquet to locate and track it by just scanning. In fact, the technology also allows the owner to establish a 'secure, direct connection' with the person who finds the paddle.
