Lucknow Super Giants have managed to accumulate a very competitive squad after the completion of the IPL mega auction. LSG paid a whopping INR 27 crore to secure the service of Rishabh Pant, making him the most expensive player in the history of IPL.
Lucknow didn't retain KL Rahul ahead of the IPL auction and given the arrival of Rishabh Pant, he is destined to lead the team in IPL 2025. LSG also made some shrewd buys in David Miller and Aiden Markram who could wreak havoc if they are on song.
West Indies sensation Shamar Joseph will also don the LSG jersey next season and the 25 year old is likely to lead the bowling lineup alongside Mohsin Khan who has been retained for next season.
Talented all-rounder Shahbaz Ahmed and Mitchell Marsh will also likely to play an important role given their past IPL experience.
